OVERDUE (Fairrate Technologies Private Limited) uses your account details, profile, connected-platform stats, and deal and payment records to run the marketplace: your account, storefront, pricing, matching, deals, payouts and support. Your data is never sold or used to train AI.
You can see, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time from your account or by writing to info@overdue.in. Complaints go to our Grievance Officer first, then to the Data Protection Board of India.
