Data deletion
1. Disconnect a platform
Log in → Connected accounts → Disconnect. We immediately delete the access tokens and stop syncing; your last numbers stay on your profile marked self-reported until you edit or remove them.
2. Revoke from Instagram or Google
Removing OVERDUE under Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, or Google Account → Security → Third-party access, tells us the same thing: tokens are deleted straight away and syncing stops.
3. Ask Instagram to delete your data
If you use Instagram's 'Delete data' option for OVERDUE, Meta sends us a signed deletion request and we erase every number we pulled from Instagram (follower counts, engagement, audience demographics) plus the connection itself, the moment it arrives. You'll see a confirmation code; deletion is immediate, so there is nothing further to wait for.
4. Delete your whole account
Log in → account settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, storefront and connections and logs you out everywhere; records we must keep for tax/legal reasons (invoices for completed deals) are retained for the statutory period, then purged.
