When is the fee charged?
Only at booking, when the brand pays for the deal. Browsing, briefs, shortlists and the calculator cost nothing.
What about refunds?
Cancel before production starts for a full refund. After that, disputes are mediated — release, split or refund.
Invoices?
GST-compliant invoices generate automatically on every funded deal — for the fee and, where applicable, from the creator.
